"Appointment with Love" -- Read and annotate the story for parts that you found significant (Techniques of characterization) and
any literary devices that you see (use of imagery, metaphor, simile, etc.). On the first page, fold the paper at
"It was one of the hundreds of army library books . . ." and have the
paper folded when you continue on the back so you do not see anything
after "May -- may I take you to dinner." THEN finish writing the
