"The Story of an Hour"

Good Morning!

1.  Independent Reading -- We will read for about ten minutes.

NOTE:Just reminding you about this again!

Hello 10^th grade English Teachers

 The district is having all 10^th grade students participate in the Junior Achievement Program. Point Loma High School will visit the JA site from October 5 – 12. 

2. Wall Street Journal --  Read the paper each day.  Article summaries will be turned in each Friday. I will give you a new summary sheet each Monday. Read and summarize articles of substance!

3.  "The Story of an Hour"  -- You read this story for homework and wrote 4 open-ended questions.  We will begin discussion of this story with a Socratic Seminar format.
