"The Interlopers"

Good Morning!

1.  Independent Reading -- We will read for about ten minutes.

NOTE:Just reminding you about this again!

Hello 10^th grade English Teachers

 The district is having all 10^th grade students participate in the Junior Achievement Program. Point Loma High School will visit the JA site from October 5 – 12. There are prep classes for students beforehand and we need to coordinate.

2. Wall Street Journal --  Read the paper each day.  Article summaries will be turned in each Friday.  You have already satisfied the assignment for this week. I will pass out new sheets on Monday.

3.  "The Interlopers" -- You finished reading and annotating this story for homework.  You also completed the handout recording and interpreting details of setting. We will discuss these details and complete another handout which further enhances our understanding and appreciation of this story.
