Good Morning!
The
grading period ends on Friday, October 14th. Starting next week we will
resume reading in class, and you will have chosen your next independent
reading book. Remember that you are required to read a book from the
recommended list -- the other two can be your choices. Go to the link on my blog for the annotated list of recommended books.
1.
"The Lady or the Tiger" -- Yesterday you read and annotated this story with a partner. I should see notes beside EACH paragraph and your annotation will be evaluated accordingly.
2.
Handout -- Once you have finished reading and annotating the story with
your partner, you will review the story by completing the handout. We
will then discuss. I am sure that you liked this story!
