"The Lady or the Tiger"

I hope that you had an enjoyable weekend! 

The grading period ends on Friday, October 14th. Starting next week we will resume reading in class, and you will have chosen your next independent reading book.  Remember that you are required to read a book from the recommended list -- the other two can be your choices.

*Wall Street Journal -- New summary sheet.  Summary will be due on Friday.

1.  "The Lady or the Tiger" -- We are resuming our reading of short stories.  For this story, you will read with a partner.  Read one paragraph at a time and discuss.  Make notes in the margin.  Each paragraph will show notes of your ideas and will be evaluated accordingly.

2.  Handout -- Once you have finished reading and annotating the story with your partner, you will review the story by completing the handout.  We will then discuss.  I am sure that you liked this story!
