The grading period ends on Friday, October 14th. Starting next week we will resume reading in class, and you will have chosen your next independent reading book.  Remember that you are required to read a book from the recommended list -- the other two can be your choices. Go to the link on my blog for the annotated list of recommended books.

1.  "The Lady or the Tiger"-- Yesterday you completed the handout on this story.  We will discuss the story, and I will collect your annotated story and the handout.
