1.  Independent Reading -- Please read quietly for ten minutes. Book reviews will be due on March 14th on Goodreads.  The grading period ends on March 18th.

NOTE:  We will be checking out Night next Tuesday -- March 15th.

2.  The Great Debaters -- We will be watching this movie this week.  Yesterday you received a handout for the movie and you defined the pre-movie terms.  Staple those terms to the back of the handout.  I would like you to take notes as we watch the movie.  Record a minimum of ten (10) parts that caught your attention.  NUMBER each part you record and SKIP A LINE between each.

HOMEWORK:  Independent reading.  Begin composing your book review which we will work on in class on Monday, March 14th.
