put your cell phones completely out of sight for the FULL duration of
the class. Please do not have me remind you of this. When the bell
rings, I should not see your cell phone out. Please put it completely
away.

NOTE: While we were reading Night, I decided that I would suspend the independent reading requirement so that you would concentrate on reading Night. For the last grading period, we are resuming independent reading. This week make a selection.
