Good Morning!

 Please put your cell phones completely out of sight for the FULL duration of the class.  Please do not have me remind you of this. NOTE: Please bring a book to class vs. reading a book on your phone. 

1. Independent Reading --  Please read for 10 minutes

2. "Leopard Man" -- Yesterday you responded to Activity #1 on the response sheet that I gave you.

3.  Activity #2 -- Record the definitions as follows:
     * conformist- one who obeys, observes, follows, accepts, 
                          upholds conventions, rules, or standards
     * nonconformist- a person who rejects conventions or does
                                 not behave the way most people behave.

4.  Activity #3 -- Respond to question #1  (the title of the essay is
                           "Leopard Man")

5.  Activity #4 -- Complete the chart in the packet
